1. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course offered by MasteryAcademyAI, you gain access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Access to course content is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to any other individual.

Upon completing payment for a course, you will receive credentials to access the course materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at info@camasteryywithai.sbs with your purchase details and reason for requesting a refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided as part of our courses, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, code examples, exercises, quizzes, and other materials, are owned by MasteryAcademyAI or its content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the course materials, except as expressly permitted in writing by MasteryAcademyAI.

4. User-Generated Content

Some of our courses may allow you to submit content such as project work, forum posts, or responses to exercises ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MasteryAcademyAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

5. Code of Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access course materials through your account
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through your use of the service
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MasteryAcademyAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
